Based on the latest resilience research, this training session will introduce you to the world of Positive Psychology, through which you will develop a greater understanding of how fear and vulnerability may be affecting your mental health. You will be coached in the application of established psychological techniques to improve your resilience and overall happiness. The workshop can be adapted for different audiences; teachers, parents or students.
